What are the boysenberry health benefits and why should you consider adding them to your diet?

The purple-blue berry known as the boysenberry is actually a cross between a Pacific blackberry and a raspberry. Some markets stock them in cans or in packages in the frozen food section. One of the best places to find these berries is at a local farmer’s market.
